We are looking for a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner Manager to support our Commercial, Trade and Marketing teams in Brazil. This role will play a key part in developing our talent, strengthening our culture and enabling business performance in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. What We Are Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner supporting Commercial, Sales, Trade, and/or Marketing organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in the beverage or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in Talent Management, including performance cycles, succession planning, development planning, and leadership coaching.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Rewards, Employee Relations, organizational assessments, and Change Management initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS, data accuracy, reporting, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong hands‑on execution capability.
  • Solid business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and coach leaders at all levels.
  • Strong ability to engage with employees across all levels, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
  • Fluent English (mandatory) and Spanish is a strong plus.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic Senior HR Business Partner for Commercial, Trade, and Marketing teams, advising leaders and supporting organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead Talent Management initiatives in Brazil, including performance cycles, succession planning, and development planning.
  • Support Rewards and Employee Relations, including compensation structures, salary reviews, job offers, and benefits‑related matters.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and propose solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Coach managers on leadership, performance, employee relations, and capability development.
  • Oversee Training & Development programs for Commercial, Trade, and Marketing teams.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment for key positions and ensure strong talent attraction aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure accuracy of HRIS data and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, onboarding, recognition, and the overall Campari employee experience.
