Estágio Tributos - Finanças 

Principais responsabilidades/ Atividades 

• Envio de notas fiscais para lançamentos  aos requisitantes; 
• Emissão de cartas de correções.
• Download de xmls; 
• Recusa de notas Fiscais e conhecimentos de transportes;
• Acompanhamento das notas fiscais pendentes de lançamentos; 
• Abertura de tickets para correção; 
• Preenchimento de planilhas de importação; 
• Emissão de Notas Fiscais de algumas operações;
• Lançamento NF de devolução de clientes;
• Digitar NFs de serviços nas prefeituras;
• Apoio no faturamento e no fechamento mensal. 
• Apoio no levantamento de arquivos para fiscalizações, auditoria interna e externa;  
• Auxiliar com o acompanhamento de melhorias aos controles internos e processos da área; 

Competências  

Necessário: 

• Conhecimento em Excel; 

 Desejável: 

• Experiencia na área fiscal será considerado um diferencial.

Nivel Educacional / Qualificações necessárias 

• Cursando graduação entre 3º e 4º semestre de Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;
