General Description of the Role
- Support on the management of Product Related purchasing processes for Brazil (raw and packaging materials), in line with Gruppo Campari procurement guidelines and the relevant category strategy.
- Support Cluster South Category Managers activities
Key Responsibilities and Activities
In line with Gruppo Campari procurement guidelines and relevant category strategies, the role holder :
- Support on the management of Product Related purchasing processes for Brazil:
- Lead suppliers onboarding process according to company procedure
- Collaborate Purchase to Pay process and actively look for process improvement
- Collaborate in Material Planning process ensuring alignment with Procurement Strategy
- Ensure timely reporting of Procurement KPIs
- Ensure availability of procurement related documenation
- Support Cluster South Category Managers activities:
- Analize total cost of Ownership. Develop and support category productivity plan to improve efficiency
- Prepare and Execute Request for proposal / Request for quotation
- Support risk assessment analysis and mitigation program development
- Support Supplier Performance Management
