What we are looking for

  • Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, international trade or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Customer Service & Logistics.
  • Experience in team management, including setting performance standards, overseeing development, and providing feedback.
  • Strong experience with innovation, analytical models, and processes.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and familiarity with SAP.
  • Robust CS & Logistics skills, including customer service policies, strategy development, contract negotiation, market and commodity knowledge, negotiation and analytical skills, supplier and market analysis, and supplier screening and selection.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and success in influencing and integrating into commercial teams to drive value creation and innovation.
  • Strong data analysis and communication capabilities, with the ability to influence internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and strategy for Customer Service & Logistics, collaborating with stakeholders and inspiring the team.
  • Design and implement processes, procedures, tools, and resources to ensure a customer-centric culture.
  • Build and manage the logistics budget for Brazil's operations, ensuring expenses stay within projected costs.
  • Implement, verify, and share KPIs to monitor and share the area's progress.
  • Set performance standards, oversee development, provide feedback, and coach the team.
  • Coordinate logistics RTM and distribution with the commercial team.
  • Develop the best logistics strategy by channel.
  • Create a strong relationship management program with key customers to ensure the best service level agreements.
  • Provide input for macro-economic analysis in the logistics area.
  • Contribute to price scenario setup and budget estimates for materials/services, and provide value-added ideas and projects to reduce costs and increase productivity.
