We are looking for an experienced Americas Total Rewards Manager to join our team and lead compensation and benefits strategies across Brazil, Argentina and Jamaica. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking, stakeholder influence and the ability to drive transformation in a dynamic, growing region.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in fields Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Statistics, Finance or related analytical disciplines.
- +08 years in HR, with experience in compensation and benefits design management and mobility in the beverage or consumer goods industry is considered a strong plus.
- Solid background in variable pay, preferably including sales incentives.
- Proven ability to manage large datasets, complex formulas and analytical reviews.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP.
- Ability to navigate local needs while applying global frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to challenge, question, and influence.
- Learning agility and the ability to build credible relationships across regions.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
What you will do
- Lead the design, implementation and execution of global compensation processes and incentive programs across the Americas region.
- Conduct market benchmarking and develop competitive salary structures for all countries within scope.
- Lead the Global Pay Equity analysis and ensure all steps for Fair Pay certification and sustainability reporting are completed.
- Support HRBPs with job evaluation, grading methodology, organizational review processes and senior-level salary proposals.
- Act as the main regional contact for Global Mobility policy implementation and coordination of international assignees.
- Lead participation in Mercer and local compensation surveys, advising HR Directors on market trends and remuneration insights.
- Provide benchmark insights for benefits programs and advise local HR teams on benefit administration where needed.
- Develop and deliver training for HR and employees on compensation topics, ensuring adoption of reward frameworks across the region.
