The Junior Brand Manager will join the Swiss Marketing team, supporting the development and execution of the Campari, Sarti & Lallier brands within the Champagne and Aperitivo portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role plays a key part in shaping brand growth through strategic brand management, digital activation, consumer engagement, and best‑in‑class execution across the Swiss market. 

 

Key Activities & Responsibilities

The Jr Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand plans and help bring them to life across Switzerland. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Supporting the creation and execution of brand plans based on global strategy and local consumer insights. 
  • Contributing to consumer events, collaborations, and experiential marketing activities. 
  • Leading specific initiatives or subprojects independently. 
  • Developing sales materials, presentations, and toolkits in collaboration with the Channel & Customer Marketing. 
  • Managing and tracking assigned marketing budgets. 
  • Analysing market research and translating insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Supporting marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring strong and consistent local activation
  • Sourcing marketing and POS materials in line with brand guidelines
  • Coordinating agency partners, including brief creation and proposal evaluation
  • Supporting the development of gifting concepts, special editions, and seasonal activations
  • Identifying new potential partners, suppliers, or collaborators
  • Actively contributing to the broader marketing community and crossmarket exchanges
  • Staying curious and inspired by culture, food, design, hospitality, and emerging trends

 

PROFILE 

University degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Communication.

Fluency in German and English; an additional language is an advantage. 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or Trade/Customer Marketing, ideally in FMCG.
  • Strong business acumen paired with analytical thinking.
  • Genuine passion for brand building, particularly within the spirits and lifestyle categories.
  • Teamoriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
