We are looking for a Field Execution & Brand Visibility Trainee to support our presence across bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and retail stores in the Deutschschweiz region. This role is essential to ensuring our products are easy to find, properly displayed, and consistently represented in the market.

You will visit points of sale, check execution standards, deliver promotional materials, collect key information, and support product visibility initiatives — especially for our Aperol portfolio. Your work will complement the efforts of our Sales team by strengthening in‑store execution and contributing valuable insights from the field.

What You Will Do

1. Market Visits & Store Monitoring

  • Visit bars, restaurants, and retail stores to monitor whether our products are available, correctly placed, and clearly visible.
  • Check for missing products, incorrect pricing, or missing menu mentions.
  • Verify that stores follow basic execution standards for product display and visibility.
  • Expand the number of stores we monitor to improve the accuracy of our market understanding.
  • Identify any issues on the spot, such as out‑of‑stock items or incorrect in‑store information.

 

2. Brand Visibility & Material Delivery

  • Deliver and install basic promotional and brand materials (e.g., display items, signage).
  • Confirm that materials are properly displayed and in good condition.
  • Evaluate how our brands appear at each location and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Monitor consistent visibility standards, especially for the Aperol brand.

 

3. Support for Sales Teams

  • Work closely with Sales Representatives by providing reliable observations and updated information from the field.
  • Strengthen Sales efforts by helping keep stores prepared, compliant, and aligned with planned activities.
  • Enhance customer relationships through frequent visits and additional presence in key accounts.
  • Contribute to smoother commercial interactions by helping maintain well‑executed, well‑supported points of sale.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in the field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues quickly.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with store staff and account managers.
  • A self‑starter who enjoys working independently and on the move.
  • Experience in retail, merchandising, trade marketing, field execution, or sales support is a plus, but not required.
