We are looking for a Field Execution & Brand Visibility Intern to support our presence across bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and retail stores in the Romandie area. This role is essential to ensuring our products are easy to find, properly displayed, and consistently represented in the market.

You will visit points of sale, check execution standards, deliver promotional materials, collect key information, and support product visibility initiatives — especially for our Aperol portfolio. Your work will complement the efforts of our Sales team by strengthening in‑store execution and contributing valuable insights from the field.

This trainee opportunity is designed for students in hospitality, business, marketing, and related fields who want real, hands‑on market experience. You’ll spend time inside bars, restaurants, and retail stores, gaining a practical understanding of how brands operate, how consumer decisions are influenced, and how commercial strategies play out in the real world. The role helps you develop valuable skills in communication, customer interaction, problem‑solving, and brand execution - competencies that are highly relevant for careers in marketing, sales, retail management, events, or hospitality. You’ll also work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, giving you direct exposure to how companies build brands, activate campaigns, and collaborate with customers. This experience expands your professional network, strengthens your CV, and provides a strong foundation for future roles in consumer goods, hospitality, or broader business environments.

What You Will Do

1. Market Visits & Store Checks On and Off premise

  • Dedicate 40% of time to retail stores and 60% of time to gastronomy clients.
  • Visit gastronomy customers (Cash & Carry, Wholesalers) and retail stores to monitor whether our products are available, correctly placed, and clearly visible.
  • Check for products, pricing, menu mentions.
  • Verify that stores follow basic execution standards for product display and visibility.
  • Expand the number of stores we monitor to improve the accuracy of our market understanding.
  • Identify any opportunities on the spot and compile a clear reporting

2. Brand Visibility & Material Delivery for a Specific project

  • Deliver and install basic promotional and brand materials (POSM).
  • Confirm that materials are properly displayed and in good condition.
  • Evaluate how our brands appear at each location and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Monitor consistent visibility standards, especially for our key brand.

3. Support for Customer Marketing and Sales Teams

  • Work closely with Customer Marketing Manager and Sales Manager by providing reliable observations and updated information from the field.
  • Strengthen Sales efforts by helping keep stores prepared, compliant, and aligned with planned activities.
  • Contribute to smoother commercial interactions by helping maintain well‑executed, well‑supported points of sale.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Languages: French and English mandatory. 
  • The person will have to travel on a regular basis Switzerland wide. Therefore we look for a self‑starter who enjoys working independently and on the move.
  • Someone organized, independent, proactive, and comfortable working in the field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify opportunities quickly, as well as timely reporting skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with store staff and account managers.
  • Experience in retail, merchandising, trade marketing, field execution, or sales support is a strong plus, but not required.
