Position context
• The Customer Marketing Field Coordinator is responsible for the development of our collaboration with A&B Customers through visibility projects, branding executions, promotional activities and tools, POSM handling & Free-goods management as well as support the bartender engagement program & relationship with hospitality schools. He/she will be the contact person for ASM supporting our collaboration approach and strengthening our brand presence and executional quality in the On-Trade channel with a focus on the French and Italian part of Switzerland.
• He/she will report to the Customer Marketing Manager On-Trade, who reports to the Customer Marketing Director.

 

Key Responsibilities & Activities
The resource will be responsible for:
• Implementing actions and initiatives for brand building, brand visibility and POS engagement, according to the strategic guidelines and in collaboration with the CCM Team and Sales team
• Coordination of the On Trade promotions during big Consumer events
• Executing specific projects with visibility invest for brand building, experiential events, staff training, etc
• Visiting A&B customer together with the ASM
• Planning and executing promos and sponsoring
• Support with POSM from delivery to allocation and ensuring availability throughout the year
• Free-goods budget management
• Supporting on the definition of tools and KPIs for C&Z customer
• Managing of Opinion Leader Program & Schools
• Analyze any critical issues in the area concerning KPIs, in collaboration with the sale force
• Management of the menu tool Hyble
• Staff training
• Free goods management

 

Key Relationships
• Internal: ASM, Sales team, Marketing and Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing Team.
• External: customers, agencies.

 

Summary of Experience/other requirements
• Passion and knowledge of On-Trade Channel ideally including relationship with customers
• Merchandising-experience and a strong understanding of branding executions and impact
• Experience as a Bartender
• 1-year experience in a Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing role would be a plus
• Driving licence

 

Education/Professional Qualifications
• Commercial/Hospitality degree of some sort
• Strong background in the On-Trade (Bar and Events) environment, entrepreneurial experience a plus

• Languages: fluency in French and English, German and Italian as a plus
