General Description of the Role
In this role, you will be part of the Consumer & Customer Marketing department, supporting the brand & customer marketing managers on executing Events, Brand Activations, as well as Off-Trade in-store activations and promotions.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
The Consumer & Trade Marketing Intern will oversee the following main activities:
Consumer Marketing
- Events - support in the organization of Brand Events and Activations (e.g. Aperol Music Festivals, Campari Cinema Festivals) together with agencies and Brand Managers:
- Agency coordination
- Event set-up
- On-site presence during events to check implementation (peak event season during summer)
- Post-event-debrief and evaluation, supporting the further improvement and development of the events
- Day to Day Support of Brand & Customer Marketing Managers - Preparation of presentations for internal and/or external stakeholders, e.g. for Marketing & Sales Meetings
- POSM (Point of Sale Material/Merchandise) Ordering and Management – support on ordering and management of POSM, planning and sending out of POSM across brands to various events, customers and locations, stock monitoring, re-ordering items as required
Customer Marketing (in job-share with CCM Off-Trade Manager)
- Assisting with retail in-store activations: planning and execution
- Assisting in managing external agency briefings for activities such as in-store animations, events, and promotions.
- Assisting in the organization of channel-driven promotions and managing the logistics of these activities.
- Providing support in preparing materials for customer meetings.

Education/Professional Qualifications
- Student or graduate in Business/Marketing and/or Communication
- Languages: Fluency in English; higher conversational German; Italian and/or French beneficial
