Required Experience
- Professional with 15 years of experience.
- 8 years of experience in the commercial area.
- Previous experience as a Traditional Channel Manager.
- 5 years of experience leading teams.
- Professional degree (mandatory).
- Leadership and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge of the channel: national chains and wholesalers, regional chains (desirable), wine shop chains (desirable), and eCommerce (desirable).
- Experience designing and implementing Joint Business Planning with clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Development of the Traditional Channel Sales team, including technical and leadership skills, coaching and training, as well as collaborating with the talent development of other Campari teams.
- Design and development of the commercial plan for the Traditional Channel to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
- Leadership of the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process with key clients, developing long-term relationships and maximizing brand performance.
- Commercial management of Traditional Channel clients, including sell-in, sell-out, and portfolio status.
- Collaboration with the Customer & Channel Marketing (CCM) team in the design and execution of point-of-sale strategies, information system integration, and service level compliance with the Customer Service & Logistics team.
