Sales Manager - Modern Channel

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability objectives within the Modern Channel.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and coach the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods industry.
- Experience working with distributors and managing multiple accounts.
- Knowledge of the Modern Channel key players and its dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong leadership, team management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
