Position Overview

Join one of the world’s most iconic spirits houses and take the lead on some of the fastest‑growing brands in the category. As our Brand Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution for a portfolio of premium spirits, driving bold growth, unforgettable activations, and commercially sharp brand performance.

 

What You'll Lead

  • Build and deliver the annual brand plan with clarity, pace, and strong commercial logic.
  • Drive volume, value, market share, and brand health KPIs.
  • Lead ATL, digital, social, experiential, and in‑venue execution that is distinctive and disruptive.
  • Brief and manage creative, media, and activation partners.
  • Partner with Key Accounts, Sales, Field, and Category teams to deliver perfect trade execution across channels.
  • Own the NPD gate process, from opportunity sizing to launch readiness, with global and local stakeholders.
  • Lead packaging artwork projects with precision.
  • Analyse category, shopper, brand, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage A&P budgets, including forecasting, tracking, optimising, and reporting.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and fully aligned internally.

 

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in Brand Management within FMCG, alcohol, or agency.
  • Proven ability to deliver integrated campaigns and brand plans end‑to‑end.
  • Strong commercial acumen — confident with numbers, insights, and ROI‑driven decision making.
  • Experience influencing cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholders.
  • High creative standards paired with strong executional discipline.
  • A proactive, organised, and collaborative mindset, comfortable working at pace.
