Role Overview
The Aperitivo On-Premise Activator will drive growth and brand awareness for Campari Group’s aperitivo brands in the on-premises channel, following Campari Group Outlet Tier System and hunting list in conjunction with the broader Alchemy Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Recruitment & Management
- Identify outlets according to the on-premise channel plan
- CCM “Perfect Store” co-creation & execution within the relevant on-Premises perimeter (from visibility to consumers and trade activation)
- Maximize the pre-, during, and post- on Premise consumer journey.
- Jointly responsible for guiding and identifying the right typology of POS/demand space for Campari brands. Identifying the most influential outlets and venues where to build close partnerships and brand building activities.
- Responsible for coordinating with POS suppliers appointed by CCM for implementation and execution of different activities contained in the marketing plans.
- Contribute to the delivery of the On-Premise commercial objectives
- Brand Training & Advocacy
- Deliver training sessions for Trade and Consumers at new and existing venues.
- Act as the face of the brand, representing Brand values and lifestyle across all customer touchpoints.
- Host On-premise activations and events to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Monitoring, Reporting & Insight
- Monitor and report on agreed promotional programs and pricing guidelines.
- Track spending and ROI.
- Systematic venues auditing to confirm visibility, product availability, brand standards, opportunities & challenges.
- Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports according to KPIs provided.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to the broader Team.
- Work closely with distributors, agencies, and the wider Campari APMs Team to maximize brand impact.

Candidate Profile & Key Competences
- Commercial Skills: Proven sales or CCM experience in beverages industry and/or hospitality.
- Travel Availability: Willing to travel frequently within the country.
- Independence and Priority Management: Ability to work independently and manage priorities across market.
- Passion for the Industry: Enthusiasm for the spirits industry and advocacy.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Strong skills in building and influencing relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
