TITLE: WAREHOUSE SUPERINTENDENT

REPORTS TO: IMPORT & EXPORT AND WAREHOUSE MANAGER

LOCATION: ARANDAS JALISCO

 

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

Responsible for Arandas’ Warehouse management for finished goods and dry goods. Desing and implement operative flows for inbound, storage, outbound and returns as well as storage management of non-conformity products. Develop a high performance team of 18 warehouseman and 7 administrative Camparistas. 

 

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Design, implement, control, and improve all the goods flow in Aranda’s Warehouse such as: inbound, putaway, storage, outbound and non-conformity management of goods.
  2. Develop a team of 25 personas to a high performance team.
  3. Be a leader on health and safety protocols and secure no incident target inside the Warehouse
  4. Secure the proper traceability of all the products managed inside Aranda’s Warehouse
  5. Coordinate the release of shipments of finished products from the plant and the arrival of dry goods and finish goods containers.
  6. Develop and execute the export outbound plan securing the on time and in full metrics.
  7. Secure the inventory accuracy on all location in which finish goods and dry goods are managed inside Aranda’s Factory.
  8. Collaborate in the design of expansion requirements for future years of Aranda’s Warehouse
  9. Secure the availability of materials for bottling line in collaboration with planning

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  1. Lead the warehouse team to accomplish service, cost, compliance and safety targets
  2. Achieve service level require for all the Customers served from Aranda’s Warehouse
  3. Achieve cost per liter established for Aranda’s warehouse
  4. Secure inventory accuracy at the warehouse
  5. Minimize SLOB and Quality blocked in collaboration with planning
  6. Secure CRT compliance at the Warehouse


JOB PROFILE

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, or supply chain.

Languages: English (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the area and warehouse management

Know-how:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel y PowerPoint 
  • SAP
  • WMS
  • Knowledge of inventories.
  • Warehouses and/or CEDIs 
  • Personnel Management 
  • Knowledge of logistics and administration
